With almost four decades of industry experience, Mr. Reddy is committed to revolutionizing the construction sector using innovative and sustainable methodologies, emphasizing quality, safety, and functionality in every initiative.
With a remarkable 19-year tenure at the A.P. Housing Board, he specialised in high-rise and low-rise structures, gaining extensive expertise in structural design for various projects. After opting for early retirement from the A.P. Housing Board, he co-founded AbhiTeja Constructions in 1996 and later, Gauthami Developers in 2003 and served as Managing Director for the both. His dedication extends to successfully managing Pratyusha Developers which was established in 2007, alongside its sister companies.
